KILLER SUPERSETS | Strength & Cardio Workout with Weights

KILLER Supersets - Today’s Total Body workout is made up of 8 killer supersets. The focus is on building strength and lean muscle tone by incorporating dumbbells and bursts of cardio. Woohooo! Grab those weights and follow along! You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells a Skipping Rope to complete this workout. I used a set of 7 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
