Austin Kendig: Kid Kart Feature at 61 Kartway, May 19, 2012

Delmar, Iowa -- Still without his primary motor, Austin nonetheless rode Drake Racing power to victory lane within the friendly confines of 61 Kartway. After running at near record pace in early practice, he overcame a broken brake line that nixed his qualifying effort to squeak out a pre-final win before wheeling a dominant drive in the feature. It was his record-extending 15th career kid kart feature win at his home track.
