Primal Movement Workout - Bodyweight Strength Training (Intermediate Follow Along)
This is an intermediate level Primal Movement Workout that focuses on bodyweight strength through three skill based movements. The follow along session includes a full body warmup, 3 rounds of work and a cooldown stretch - no equipment needed.
The movements covered in the training session are inspired by different ground based movement practices to include animal flow and capoeira. Practice these skill based movements often and you will develop strength, stability, mobility and coordination!
