This week’s drill is a very popular drill among the parkour community world wide.
Some of the basics techniques to brachiating and traversing can be learn with this fun drill.
Hang shimmies can be done in a variety of locations, from overhang, bars or ledges. Be sure to test if it can support your weight.
Start slow and increase as you find your rhythm. Use your body together as you move. Work as a whole for energy efficiency.
Get creative and try making your own variations, perhaps adding it to a flow since its also a skill which can be use in different situations. Have fun and train safe.
