Another drill to add to your training routine.
Reverse drills are very fun, they help you condition your core and shoulders as you lift and turn. Start slow and pick up the pace as it becomes easy. As always stay in control and light on your feet.
Several variations can be done to add difficulty. This can also be use as a nice progression into a reverse palm spin.
You can perform it on sets or setting a timer and going for as long as you want to challenge yourself.
