Aloha all,
This weeks drill is based on a mellow yet technical rail session for core conditioning and balance work.
As seen in the video, simple movement drills that will allow you to gain more control and comfort while lifting your hips over the rails by using your core. After a little while of this, you might also notice your grip getting some work as your forearms grab tightly onto the rail.
Be sure to stay light on your feet and maintain good form. The idea of this drills consist on repetition, several sets along the rail will get you a good cardio going as well. Try different things as you et creative. Have fun and feel the pump.
