[case report] This presentation features the treatment of unilateral posterior crossbite. The key to this case is mechanics design. First, apply buccal shelf screw, power chains and cross-elastics to upright the lingually inclined tooth. Second, add bite turbo made by GIC to the opposing side to open up the bite.
