practice for all levels designed to help you cultivate strength and control with a powerful sequence of postures.
This practice includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to whenever you want a powerful yoga practice.
This style of yoga is definitely challenging but hopefully you can find what works for you and embrace the challenge with me.
The sequence includes a strong vinyasa flow with standing postures, standing balances, backbends and hip openers. It’s designed to give you a little bit of everything in 20 minutes.
