1. KB Figure 8 to Hold w/ Goblet Squat x 10/each
2. KB Bent Over .... KB Pass Through Alternating Reverse Lunge x 10/each
Rest as long as it took you to do it, in week 1, and complete 3-5 rounds. Work on cutting down the time it takes you to complete it and/or cutting down your rest time by 15 seconds e
