VEGAN MINCE PIES - fat free with gluten free options

-ingredients- -1 cup flour (i used wholemeal spelt. for gluten free i would use a mix of rice & buckwheat flour with a tsp of xanthan gum) -1/2 cup coconut flour (defatted kind, not ground coconut. can replace with oats, but haven’t tried this yet) 6 medjool dates 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup sultanas 1 cup raisins 2 chopped apples 1-1/2 cups orange juice extra water if mince is too dry add a little brandy or sherry to make them more traditional 2tsp cinnamon 1tsp ginger 1/2tsp cloves -
