Fast walking in LESS THAN 30 Minutes! Get your two miles in and tone up your arms, legs, back, and booty with these fun moves. One you start moving, you won’t want to stop!
This workout is part of a series of #fitnessvideos that will get your heart rate up, and make you feel amazing without stress on your joints! It’s low impact, and you hardly even have to think about it. I would call it an easy workout, but that would be a lie.
