Welcome to my closet (hehe) this workout can be done in even a tiny space like your closet or bedroom. Dont worry if you are limited on space or if you dont have a “perfect set up“, thats not what moving your body is about. Do what you can with what you have!
Todays workout is completely low impact, easy to follow, and we are in it for the long haul! This 45 minute workout contains 2 water breaks to break up our sweaty endurance work and a full cool down to ensure proper recovery and a return to your resting heart rate.
This is a full body workout that will help you get your steps in and put a smile on your face.
The goal of todays workout is to keep your heart rate up for a prolonged period of time so you improve your endurance and heart health.
