45 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Day 20 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 20 of the 30-day yoga challenge. Today we are combining the sequences from the last few days with a 45 min full body yoga flow. Within this class we bring together some of the poses that we practiced throughout the week so that we can do a little bit of a recap and revisit some of the skills that we focused on. In this class we work towards Sugarcane, Flying Splits and Bow Pose.
