Ventriloquist Arthur Prince performs his act with his dummy ’Jim’. Both Arthur and ’Jim’ are dressed as sailors and the set is dressed as if their were on a warship. Arthur is smoking a cigar to show that he couldn’t be saying ’Jim’s’ lines.
