M/S’s of the ventriloquist and entertainer Arthur Prince with his puppet, they are both wearing naval uniform. Prince is seen smoking a large cigar as the puppet speaks. The puppet being only a cadet in the navy wants to know if it will be possible for him to become an Officer at some time in the future. Prince tells him that he won’t because it is unlikely that he will pass the general knowledge exam, to which the puppet replies “General who ?!“. Prince gives him some examples of the question he is likely to be asked which include “Who are the Eskimos ? “ to which the puppet gives the answer “they are gods frozen people !“
