Squat Speed and Technique Progression

OK... I’m still working on becoming more weightlifter like. Todays focus was accelerating into the bottom position, and getting dat der ass closer to dat der grass by breaking at the knees as much as I can allowing me to stay a bit more upright. I didn’t feel comfortable going any heavier on my first attempt at dropping faster into the bottom, to be honest I find it terrifying. Could be better, could be a lot faster, and could possibly even be a bit deeper eventually, but I’m pleased I was able to do this w
