Insane Metabolic Workout: Heavy Ropes, Kettlebells, Sandbells Obstacle Mud Run Training

This is the first of 3 circuits Jen and I did on Tuesday. We’re getting ready for the O-Challenge in Florence SC in 3 weeks. This is a crazy metabolic circuit. Consists of 3 exercises: Heavy rope/BOSU - lateral hops w/ double waves Burpee/KB high pull Sandbell power overhead snatch and release First round - 30 reps of each Second round - 20 reps of each Third round- 10 reps of each Modify your rep range as needed. Rest breaks as needed. Form and function first but go HARD!
