In the second episode of my ScrapCraeft series, I’m playing with dirt. The Scrapcraeft project is about building a fully functional workshop from the ground up, so it makes sense to start with learning how to make with the ground itself.
I need a reliable clay to use for my future projects but the wild clay from my workshop’s soil is giving me troubles. Turning to alchemy I used a recipe from a 1200-year-old Islamic manuscript to try enhancing it.
This episode of scrapcraeft was filmed under worm moon and the rain certainly kept me from filming some days! but I had lots of fun and learned quite a bit in the process that I hope you can gain from too. Next time I’ll be experimenting with more possibilities for my ancient forge and its aspiration system. I also hope to have an introduction to this series out soon that will explain what scrapcraeft is and what my goals are. Thanks for watching!
