Prenatal belly dance - A soft, gentile full choreography lesson for the pregnant woman

OMG! I was sure I lost all of my prenatal belly dance materials when we moved (always keep 2 backups! online and on external hard drive). And now I found this Full prenatal belly dance choreography tutorial :) Any how, this is a fun, gentile pregnant woman friendly belly dance choreography. It’s a beginner’s level choreography for all trimesters (I’m 38 weeks here and I miss this pregnancy hair). Don’t forget that when pregnant, our body on the one hand, is getting more flexible, so you have a bigger range of motion, however, on the other hand, your joints are also becoming less stable. Find a comfortable-effortless range of movement. If you feel any discomfort try to make the movement smaller. If you’re still in pain, STOP and check with your medical provider! There are plenty of other beautiful movements you can try. And always consult your medical provider before attempting any new kind of physical activity. Hope you’ll enjoy it, let me know if you did
