A proof is a separate compartment to my oven that keeps around 80 degrees and is the ideal temperature for yeast to help bread to rise. If u don’t have one you can… Turn your oven to 150 degrees then turn it OFF after 5 minutes and leave the door open for 2 minutes. Do not add a bowl of hot water to the oven “some ppl do this” but my flour does not like the humidity. Then use your over for proofing :)
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
3/4 cup water
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 TBS olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 1/3 cup my self rising flour 233 grams

bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes
ALSO IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT TO BE MORE CRISP, JUST PRE BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES at 350 BEFORE ADDING THE TOPPINGS THEN RE BAKE FOR THE
