Here’s what you need:
1 cup egg white powder (NOT egg white protein powder)
1 cup water
1 cup greek yogurt
sea salt
2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
*If you want it sweet, you’ll need to add sugar (but you know me, I
never do - I truly feel better when I don’t)
Directions:
First, be sure you’re following me on so you don’t miss another low carb crazy recipe like this! Then, whisk egg white powder and water until stiff peaks form. Gently mix in greek yogurt and salt. Add cacao powder and fold in very gently. Place on a lined baking sheet and form into a dome shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
