Cranberry Brie Bites | Meal Prep Hub
Ingredients
• 2 frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
• 550g Brie cheese of choice
• 1 12oz can of whole cranberry sauce or 1 cup of Zesty Cranberry Sauce
• 2 tsp sea salt
• ½ cup pecans, chopped
• fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin 12- or 24-cup tin with non-stick spray. To begin, place Brie in freezer to allow time to firm for easier cutting. Use one sheet of puff pastry at a time, and leave one in the fridge while working with the other.
• Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a size of about 10 x 14 inches. Cut into 24 squares with 6 strips lengthwise and 4 strips crosswise. Gently place each square into each muffin tin. Prick the bottom of each pastry with a fork in an ‘X’ pattern. Cut brie in half and each half into 24 pieces. Place a piece of brie on the bottom, a tsp of cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of sea salt and a sprinkle of pecans onto each
