Данное упражнение выполняем с дополнительным отягощением 2 кг. Исходное положение - стоя, ноги на ширине плеч, в руках держим дополнительное отягощение, например гантели или бутылки с водой. Выполняем присед, с одновременным отведением рук вперед до параллели, и встаем медленно опуская руки вниз, но не расслабляя их внизу (не опускаем полностью).
This exercise is performed with an additional burden of 2 kg. Starting position - standing, feet shoulder width apart, hold additional weights in our hands, for example, dumbbells or water bottles. We perform a squat, while simultaneously moving our arms forward to the parallel, and get up slowly lowering our hands down, but not relaxing them below (we will not lower them completely).
