Visual Thinking: Seeing and Understanding

An honors class on Visual Thinking, as a part of interdisciplinary course “Game changers“ in UAB. The guest lecturer Dr. Maria Tarasova, an art historian and a dean of SibFU Honors College (Russia), speaks about the impact visual art pieces places in the cities make on people who live in those cities and who see these art works. Honors students of SibFU and UAB join the discussion and explain how they understand the meaning of art objects they see in their home towns.
