Join me for the 6th day of my 10 day walking challenge. We only have 4 more days left team. Today we are hitting 6k steps target but I promise you, it’ll be over by the time you know it.
As you might have noticed by now all of my walking workouts are that bit faster that what you might be used to, but I want to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. It’s the only way to grow and progress.
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won’t register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.
