30 min BANGER Bodyweight HIIT Workout (No REPEAT HIIT -🔥Burn Up to 500 Kcal🔥)

In this 30 min BANGER Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will have 2x blocks of workout. Each block contains 18x exercises for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. After the first block there will be a 50 second water-break. In the second block there will be 2x Extra movements as a “Finisher”.
