Floating Embroidery

I have had many requests to demonstrate this technique, so here goes! Floating embroidery is a method of stitching I created some years ago, allowing the threads to lie loosely on the surface of the fabric, giving the impression of “floating“ in the air - or water. This is a “one person“ made video, so any minor technical imperfections are mine - and any strange noises in the background of the stitching videos are from my parrot, Raffles, who deserves a video of his own.
