The 59th Tibetan National Uprising Commemoration Day - March 10th. The Tibetan Association of Vermont and Tibet supporters observe the day on Church Street with a peace procession by TAV members through Burlington, prayers and speech from the TAV President and the reception of a Proclamation Letter of the day from City of Burlington Mayor, Miro Weinberger.
