Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today’s style of workout is a 45 minute Cardio HIIT Beat class to a mix of music styles! After the warm up, you will work your way up to a cardio peak. You will then do a station with one heavy dumbbell (you can also do the station without weights) and then complete a weight routine. You will end with one final cardio routine and a cool down and stretch. You will be challenged and sweating for sure! In this workout, I will show high impact with low impact options.
