Brazilian Navy tall ship CISNE BRANCO capsized tug Oct 18 2021

Brazilian Navy tall ship CISNE BRANCO collided with pedestrian bridge connecting Guayaquil to Santay Island, Ecuador, at around 1330 LT Oct 18, while leaving the port after a visit.
