This competitive 1-on-1 training exercise (exercise) develops offensive and defensive skills in one-on-one situations. Economical application as we can run and run both sides of the ball if desired.
For attacking: dribbling, close control, deceptions, moves, turns and changes of direction.
For defense: blocking, fighting, delaying, reactions.
Coaches can easily coach during natural pauses in defensive or offensive skills. The drill can also be used as a warm-up or fun game for various age groups (Teens, kids, club, high school, college).
