19-06-23: clipping - Story 2 (Metal Cover) Bit of a different thing this week. Rather than being focused on the guitars, this was more of a way to get used to having time signature changes in FL Studio. I love clipping and this song in particular uses time signature changes and a BPM change to intensify the story being told so I figured why not turn it into a “metal“ version? if you’re a fan of industrial, I highly recommend checking clipping out. The blend of experimental, industrial sampling with hip-hop elements is truly amazing. (i really hope YouTube doesn’t take this one down because I used the music video, I just wanted people to see it lol) I highly recommend reading the lyrics while listening to the song for added dread lmao.
