My first cut away!

I was learning barrel rolls on my new R-bird 2 and after 2 good rolls I got stuck on my back and started flat spinning really fast. I closed my wings and tried to turn over but couldn’t. I was starting to get dizzy so decided to open my main before I passed out. I expected it to have a malfunction and it had a crazy bowtie where the bridle was wrapped around the canopy. It was uncontrollable but I was able to get it to fly straight. I had enough altitude so decided to unzip my wingsuit before cutting away. This was jump 378. Any constructive suggestions are appreciated!
