Turkey breast cubes 1no.
Yoghurt 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp 1/2 tsp ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp ¼ tsp ¼ tsp
Green chili slit 3-4no.
Ginger juliennes 1tsp
Mint leaves 2tbsp 1tbsp 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Lemon juice ½ no.
Rose water 1tsp
Kewra water 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Saffron 1tsp
Brown onion 2tbsp 1tbsp 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1tbsp 1tsp 1tbsp
Hot water 2tbsp for saffron
Boiled rice 500gm
Dough for giving Dum

1. First cut the turkey breast in small pieces and put it in the kadai.
