Cara Dillon and Sam Lakeman perform ‘Flow’ to Jeff Allen, the man who inspired it. They wrote the song as part of 21st Century Folk, Radio 2’s series that sees five people have songs written about their lives. Cara and Sam met Jeff to hear about his life as an expedition sea kayaker. Jeff was drawn to a life on the water after serving in the British Army.
