Practice Chanter Pakistani Drones African Blackwood

A set of Pakistani African Blackwood Drones. Balance Tone reeds. This set is still set up for the 466hz chanter. The tenors don’t like the setting and they tend to double tone if the pressure is slightly less than optimum, the same with the bass drone. This set of pipes is still brand new, less than two hours of playing time and hasn’t had a chance to mellow. I’ll be swiping the MacLellan chanter from my first set of pipes for these drones, and resetting for the contemporary “Band“ settings. I’m still afraid to manhandle this set because, they really are THAT nice and I usually end up treating them as though I’m carrying a set of eggs.
