Atholl Highlanders on Practice Pipes

Made here at Bagpipes Galore in Scotland. “Practice Pipes“ are a complete set of pipes that retail at a fraction of the price of conventional bagpipes, however maintaining a high quality of sound. The set includes the Bag, Drones,Blowstick,Chanter, Bag Cover, Chanter Reed, Drone Reeds and Carry Bag. Perfect for long practice sessions in the house even at night. The set includes two brass drones (one bass drone , one tenor drone). As a smaller quieter set it requires less “puff“ to play, thus it has proved to be very popular with younger / beginner players. This set has a long practice chanter pitched just around the key as modern highland bagpipes. WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID : These P-Pipes came in the post this morning, and fired right up right out of the box. Took 40 seconds to tune the drones to the chanter. What Fun! A great learning and rehearsing tool, and so easy to use. I am impressed, and now I’ve ordered a full set of Delrin pipes from BG as well.
