It is called Sato “Uzbek musical instrument“ For me, it’s not just a musical instrument. This is a journey through beautiful cities of Uzbekistan such as Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. It includes meetings with wonderful, talented and most importantly kind people, their traditions, culture, crafts, food that is passed down from generation to generation. In Bukhara, I ate pilaf from a 700-year-old copper cauldron, and fifteenth generation of people is cooking pilaf in this cauldron. In Samarkand I met Mavlanov Khurshed, a master of musical instruments in seventh generation. Th
