Shoulder Workout at Gym for Men to Build Big Shoulders

Welcome to our shoulder workout video! In this video, we’ll be taking you through a series of exercises to help you build strong, defined shoulders. First up, we have the dumbbell shoulder press. This exercise targets your entire shoulder complex and is great for building overall shoulder strength. Next, we’ll be doing lateral raises. This exercise specifically targets your side deltoids, helping to create that nice, round shoulder look. Then, we have the front raise, which targets your front deltoids, helping to give your shoulders that defined look. After that, we’ll move onto the rear delt fly, which is great for targeting your rear deltoids and creating a balanced, well-rounded shoulder. Finally, we’ll finish off with the upright row, which is a great exercise for targeting your traps, as well as your shoulders.
