Here is a great version for Jiffy corn casserole from scratch. I will be sharing the recipe and thoughts I have about the madness going on in the world. I am not the best at expressing my thoughts and sentiments into words, but I will try.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 can of cream style corn
1 drained can of corn kernels
8 oz sour cream
1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
4 oz shredded cheddar (optional)
2 jalapenos (optional)
8x12-inch buttered baking dish
