However, if you ask the person, he/she will report that the dominant function (F) is the main life theme... and just doesn’t look that way when observed by others or in testing instruments. Such individuals have some form of interacting attitude: they want involvement with/of people, they like attention and caring, training and development, guidance, encouragement, and different kinds of group activities. They tend to be inclusive and embracing.
