Try this amazing chicken pakoda recipe, very unique style, tasty and crispy in every bite, chicken pakoda is a popular Indian deep-fried appetizer that is delicious to eat, especially in winter and monsoons. #chickenpakoda #pakora #streetfood #chickenfryrecipe #monsoonrecipe Ingredients Quantity Chicken breast 2 no Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp ½ tsp Garam masala ½ tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Chopped ginger 1 tsp Chopped green chillies 2-3no Salt to taste salt to taste Lemon juice 1 no Chopped coriander handful Gram flour 1 cup Rice flour ¼ cup Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp Caram seeds ½ tsp Water as required Baking soda ½ tsp Oil for frying Method On a chopping board cut the chicken breast in to small pieces. Transfer the chicken pieces in a bowl. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, salt to taste, lemon juice, handful of chopped coriander leaves, mix it well and keep it aside . For batter :- In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, caram seeds, water as required and mix it well now add baking soda, salt and mix it well again till then keep the oil for frying, once the oil is hot do a drop test Now take the chicken add it in to the batter and then in to the hot oil. Once it’s half-done remove it in an absorbent paper and add the half fried chicken in to the oil again and once it’s fried properly. Remove it on an absorbent paper. Finally in a serving plate add the tempting hot chicken and serve it with tomato ketchup.
