A full body, high intensity, bodyweight only workout to leave you feeling accomplished! Low impact alternatives provided... though these are not ‘low intensity!’😉 It is completely irrelevant what your pace is compared to others... what is important is that you challenge YOURSELF! And HAVE FUN! Feel proud for doing this!! 👊🏼 The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest!
