Making Mazoth for Jewish Passover in Enschede, Holland.
C/U of book written in Hebrew telling of the story of the Passover. Table in a Jewish home which is set for Passover. The Jewish food lies in separate dishes on the table and beside it the mazoth, a form of flat unleavened bread.
General view of wheat field. Chief Rabbi of Amsterdam Schuster out in the wheat field inspecting the ears at close hand. The Rabbi inspects the mowing machine prior to harvesting, he must make sure everything is clean. The Rabbi stands on the harvester as it moves through the field and he inspects grain. The grain is bagged up and the Rabbi watches and puts a seal on each sack.
Under Rabbi supervision the dough material is made and prepared. In the bakery the flat dough moves along conveyor and gets large round shapes cut out. They then pass through ovens and come out baked. Shots of the pile of unleavened bread on the table.
