[4K] Amtrak’s Texas Eagle around Austin, Texas | Amtrak
This video features Amtrak’s Texas Eagle long distance train around Austin, Texas. The Texas Eagle runs from Chicago, Illinois, to San Antonio, Texas, a total distance of 1,306 miles! Three days a week, the line connects with the Sunset Limited, and runs all the way to Los Angeles.
This footage is from before Amtrak adjusted the service interval of their long distance routes to three times per week, and features a few clips of the new 4-car consists.
As far as content goes, this is the new standard for quality, seeing as I got some new equipment, so expect a lot more 4K footage in the future. I will still be rolling out older footage until I have the ability to have 4K footage be the norm on the channel, so expect some interesting content before then.
