17522broken file removal with TFRK ultrasonics

Broken file was removed with ultrasonics during the preparation. #3 GG bur, MT bur, and TFRK-S were used to retrieve it. The necrotic pulp tissues were also removed from the isthmus with the TFRK Micro-Explorer.
