Opel Kaiserslauten Press Hardening Line

Since 1966, the Opel Kaiserslautern plant has continuously evolved, investing in many innovative technologies that have kept the plant playing an important role in the company’s production network. One of these many evolutions and improvements was the 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 we installed in Kaiserslautern and which officially went into operation in mid-January 2021. Until Then, Opel parts manufactured using this process were obtained from external suppliers. The first recipient of the parts coming out of this brand-new facility was the new Opel Mokka, but the Kaiserslautern plant also supplies a number of other models from various brands of the group.
