Stability Ball & Plyometric STEP for Core and Cardio to Shred Fat
High intensity plyometric cardio on the STEP (or floor) combined with core moves on the SWISS Ball. Fun, short circuit! You can make this workout your own by doing one, two or three rounds depending on your goals or fitness level. Each round is a 45/15 interval of eight exercises:
Box Jump
One Leg Drops
Over the Top
Leg Curls
Moving Burpees
Pikes
One Leg Hops
Crunches
