’Neela Sindhu’ (’Blue Ocean’) is our 7th bhajan offering from Project Aradhana released on Sri Aurobindo’s birthday, India’s Independance Day, August 15th 2024. Project Aradhana is a teacher’s training program which will offer 10 bhajans inspired by Mother’s ‘Prayers and Meditations’ as a medium to learn the Yoga of the voice, music, breath and immerse into selected passages written by The Mother. Project Aradhana (‘adoration’ in Sanskrit) consists of 10 inspired bhajans in Sanskritised Hindi, composed by vocalist-composer Arun Bishnu Chowdhury, Maihar Gharana; written by Devdutt Singh, accompanied by Tarun Bishnu Chowdhury on tabla. All of them who grew up under The Mother at Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
