Kinlinberg gear carburizing & gear nitriding and high frequency quenching

Heat Treatment : Carburizing , Nitriding and high-frequency quenching Using the heating furnace of Austria Aicherin company and the multiple well chamber carburizing furnaces ,tempering furnaces and slow cooling pits of Siemens control system ,well equipped with shot blasting and shot blasting and surface quenching ,the workshop introduced a few domestic hardening press equipment produced by Klingelnberg Company in Germany AH1200 which can press-quench bevel gears with a diameter of 1400mm or less and heat treatment of press-quenched gears .The amount of deformation is effectively controlled and the internal quality of the gear is fundamentally improved .
